Cooper es un perro ejemplar. Su dueña lo quiere muchísimo y confía ciegamente en él. Tanto que lo deja al cargo de la casa cuando sale a pasar el día fuera con su tía abuela Mildred. Pero el fastidioso loro Pandy ha decidido aprovechar la ocasión para organizar una fiesta salvaje. When his owner goes out for the day, entrusting our proud hero with the task of guarding the house for the very first time, the parrot decides to invite a few old friends over to hang out.
